Hi ,

First, thanks for all your posts, telling us of your experiences with

the liver flush. I haven't had the time to respond to posts like I'd

like to lately. I had to correct one point you made in this post

though. Dr. 's liver cleanse does call for 4 tablespoons of epsom

salt, page 555 of her book: The Cure For All Diseases.

If you have high blood pressure does it matter how much ES you take? How much

water do you mix 3 1/2 Tbs. ES in?

, , let me reinterate what is trying to say...

hehehe (may I ...power-flush expert? hehe). I think what

is trying to say is that every 'body' is different and you should

find what works best for you. It may take you 3 or 4 flushes to find

the best amount of 'magic' potion to use. I would start with doing

exactly what Dr. says and increase it more on each flush until

you find the best results for your body, or decrease if you must.

Once when I decreased, I actually had a less than desired result.

Increasing is always better than decreasing in my experience. Now, I

will stick with what I know works for me for a while until I feel I

need to adjust the formula again.

By the way , Dr. uses 4 tablespoons of Epsom, not

teaspoons. 5 is the same taste as 4 when it is mixed with 3 cups of

water. I must admit, the morning drinks are a lot harder than the 6

an 8 pm drinks for me. Imagine its mineral water (which does have a

simular taste and ingredient anyway) and it will go down easiler.

Also, make sure it is in the fridge and is cold.

Hope this helps. :-)

Barry.

epsom salt tastes so yucky that I have to suck on a grapefruit wedge

after I drink it. So to think of 5 TBS makes me cringe. But now

that's just me! If I were you I would start with no more than 3 and

1/2 TBS and see how you do. After all most folks think Barry and I

are crazy for doing these " power flushes " that use so much more oil

Well, I hope others can add more about this...but it is my understanding that

the epsom salt is not real salt. I know it really works in the flush and that

amount altho tastes terrible to me works good for me. But not something I want

to do after I'm free of stones. Don't think I'd use it as a health aid other

than in these flushes or a major colon block. Sorry I didn't address this

question exactly. of DH
