Hi, sorry this got posted too soon. Been reading about ginger, and how it

protects the body if we use pain killers, and in some instances works better

than pain killers. About hemorrhoids, I did not have them until I ate too many

almonds. I think I got too much fiber. If you eat nuts or seeds, it may give you

that problem. I do better with cooking my veggies well, and no nuts, grains or

seeds. A gentle form of massage is dry skin brushing. I do that and epson salt

baths, about twice a week, although you can do more often.

> I've found the only help I can get for the Fibro problems is 1. Being

Positive at all times, and 2. Forget the Doctors. I hardly ever see them

anymore. What for?? The only thing I take these days is Magnesium, Tramadol

and Aspirins. The crap they fill out in prescriptions is one thing I'd never

ever take anymore. I would have to get a prescription for Tramadol so I don't

worry about that now and I feel so much better for just sticking to mainly the

Aspirins. The Magnesium is wonderful and helps my muscles calm down. I don't

do acupuncture anymore either but I do my own massage of arms and legs or

wherever else it needs. I only take about 1 aspirin a day as well. I used to

take heaps of Panadeine Forte and overdosed on that and almost died. Yesterday

I was massaging my arms and it really helped. I sleep well these days and wake

up refreshed.

> A positive attitude sure helps too. I thank God every day for His ever

present help.

> My only problem is haemmorroids, and that's what I use the aspirins for. I've

had them for years but the Aspirins help them to recede. I could have an

operation but I'm afraid of the anasthetic unless the Doctor could just use a

needle to deaden the pain. When I had my gallbladder out years ago the surgeon

warned me always to let a surgeon know about my condition re:- anasthetics and

their danger.

> So Aspirins and some personal massage on my muscles is what keeps me going as

well as a positive attitude and a bit of laughter.

> I am so blessed to have two beautiful dogs who love and adore me and my son

who is now in his early 40's who is on a carer's pension for looking after me

(just helping me in the house and driving me to the supermarket. He's great)

> Well going back to bed now. I got up early and it's a cold day/night. I love

autumn and winter though. It's easier to keep warm than try and cool down here

in Australia.

> Love you all,
