Hi carol:

That is amazing that you connected up with your friends after all these

years. Isn¹t that wonderful? Facebook can be so great. I too found a

friend from the 60¹s and I am going to visit her in May.

When your lymph glands are tender, just be even more gentle. You should

always be gentle with the. Otherwise you inflame them and they won¹t empty.

Its like a very gentl stroking motion. Light touch, like a feather. You

could even use a feather or a cloth and just rub that gently over your skin

all over your body. In the bath tub, sitting watching tv etc.

When your lymph system is not emptying you will get the flu, or fibro

symptoms also get worse too. Lymph is very important to everyone. It gets

slow and sluggish from toxins and it has no pump of its own. Our blood has

a pump, but our lymp does not. Exercise works the lymph system, just

walking will do. And massage. But you must move your lymph system around.

You know when you walk into a sick room and someone has the flu? There is a

smell. Its a sickly smell, very pungent. Well I think that is lymph toxins

coming out of their body. When we don¹t move around, but lie in bed, our

lymph cannot pump itself to keep it moving fresh like a river. We have to

keep our river moving so all the gunk doesn¹t collect on the river banks

and fill in the pathways.

So, if you find a connection of fibro with your friends from all those years

ago let us all know. I would love to know their story too and if they were

exposed to something as you were.

Love

rosemarie
