Could someone give me the basic recipe and directions they use so that I can have a successful cleanse. The doctor says I need to have my gallbladder removed and I cancelled the surgery scheduled for earlier this month. I want to try to cleanse and heal this without surgery! I tried something someone wrote where they drank a mixture of 1 cup olive oil and 1 cup orange juice. I didn't have any success as far as I can tell. And, only used the bathroom two times.
