Very disappointed, unsuccessfull cleanse.

BlankApart from trying for three days to find out why I couldn't receive my

gallbladder digests! On Saturday the 19th I did the cleanse according to the

hulda clarke method.

I had an upset stomach just from not eating anything, very acidy, and could

barely manage to get the olive oil drink with grapefruit juice down.

At 2am I was very sick. I had been to the loo several times late evening (loose

movements due to epsom salts).

Next morning no stones NOTHING! Felt rotten for two days.

I have drawn the conclusion that not everyone is suited to the short sharp

method of this cleanse, especially people with weak stomachs. So I shall have

too look for a more gentle, slower method, but I was so hoping to get a good

result!

Oh its nice to be back in the groups, I ended up having to leave and join

again!!
