Guest guest
I've been researching options for trying to get rid of my stones. Have found European references to an over-the-counter drug called Rowachol - which is menthol/mint herb oil (proprietary combo of 5 different oils). Has been used and studied extensively in Europe. This, taken with bile acids, has a fairly good success rate of dissolving the stones, with little side effects. Sites to check out referring to this treatment: http://www.healthwellexchange.com/nutritionsciencenews/NSN_backs/Jan_0 0/gallstone.cfm?path=print Here's a reference to a study done on Rowachol: http://www.prescription2000.com/p2news_5-8-2000.htm I've been trying to find a distributor for this over-the-counter pill in Canada / Europe without avail (have even emailed the manufacturer). Information is hard to find on it! Anyone else heard of this? kammerzj@...
