Guest guest
Hi ine: I have so been there and done that. What a disappointment when we find out they do us wrong, intentionally, through carelessness or otherwise. I have become my own doctor over the years. I research and I research until my gut instinct tells me this works. As a result, even though I have fibro, so many other test results in my life are normal. I am so grateful for that because I have fibro friends who did various drugs and they end with liver damage, addicted to pain pills, unable to exercise, allergic to all kinds of foods, high blood pressure, kidney problems etc. I do not have any of those things. I keep my issues pretty much down to muscle pain and chronic digestive issues. I just had a test and found out I have a serious case of candida. Either I have candida again or else I never got rid of it. So I am on a program to balance my gut again and that seems to be my on going battle. I think this list will help you a lot. When we find our niche in diet and exercise and what works for us then we are smarter than our doctors. I wish you well. Pray for what you need, use your gut instinct and know that you are smart enough to find what you need. Sincerely,r rosemarie > > > > > > > > I am angry with my psy.
