Personally, I try to avoid medications if at all possible. I don't seem to do very well with them. The side effects are usually worse than the problem. I'll leave it to some of the ladies here to recommend natural anti-inflammatories. When you get to herbals, you won't want to take everything at the same time . . .You could end up being one sick puppy! Start new products one at a time - with a small dose and gradually work up. The vitamins you're taking sound like a good combination. . You could use Magnesium with Calcium though. I part Magnesium to 2 parts calcium - and Folic Acid. Personally, I don't think that, if you really have something to be depresssed about - and you do with all the health issues you're dealing with, you shouldn't be seeking anti-depressants on a regular basis unless you can't cope at all. There are some

downsides to anti-depressants that can be worse than depression - or can leave you even more depressed. Chances are, while you can feel better by doing everything right, you're going to be fighting an uphill battle until your implants are out. But, in the long run, you'll be better off for starting sooner rather than later. From what you've said, The Maker's Diet isn't going to be a big stretch for you. Activa is a very good yogurt too . . .they offer money back if it doesn't help in two weeks. Rogene

Thanks Rogene..that helps. Yeah I really like the St s but I'm at the max I can take...I think I can cope though. It's tough around that time of the month, especially...I have to lock myself away from everyone :)...I get very mean. Cutting sugar out of my diet and adding healthy foods has helped as well. Where do I find the Activa? I am definitely with you on the medication thing. Oh, I just checked my bottle of Calcim and it does have the magnesium and D so that works. I will definitely add stuff slowly so I don't get sick and can see what is making a difference. Thanks for your advice. Activa yogurt is in the grocery section with yogurt . . . in little green containers, packaged in group of fours. Rogene <waltjenking@...> wrote: Thanks Rogene..that helps. -Rogene,

I love it, I eat it every morning even as a mid morning snack if I

get a hunger pang. Ilike the vanilla,
