Guest guest
Rogene, Thanks for that info...it really helps. I will check into the drug stuff. I really should be taking stuff but don't go to the doctor because of the cost. What kinds of drugs are okay? I had a doc that wanted to put me on anti-inflammatories, but I wouldn't let him. I have a lot of inflammation which causes a lot of pain in my neck, back and joints, due to Fibro. I am on a good multi, Glucosamine, Ginko, B-Complex, Coral Calicium with A & D, Carlson fish oil, Virgin Coconut oil and Co-Q-10. I also take St 's Wort for depression which helps a lot, however, still not enough! I also have a lot of anxiety and am not sure what to do for that. I drink a lot of cammomile tea. I'm afraid to get on anti-depressants because I was on Prozak and I gained a lot and had no emotions, tried Welbutrin and didn't like that...not sure what is best. I also eat a lot of 's plain yogurt to try to fend off some of the bad bacteria. Thanks to everyone, I am also going to look into possibly taking garlic, grapefurit seed extract, and oil of oregano. I have order the "Makers Diet" book and will be looking into that as well. Thanks so much. Otherwise the pharmacist doesn't get paid. Most docs don't have a clue about the cost of drugs. . . .Many have free samples on hand - but you may have to ask for them. Also, the drug companies provide FREE meds for those who can't afford them (this is mainly for maintenance drugs) . . .You have to go online to the drug manufacturer and fill out forms to qualify. Some doc will help with this. Rogene Everyone is raving about the all-new beta.
