I find it challenging here in the UK as well to get all the things I need to

manange my Fibro and the weather now isn't helping me at all..

When My sona and I lost all our belongings back in 2002 , Freecycle did the same

for us.. have used it for years ,, in the US and now in the UK too.. and we shop

that way too get alot of bargins if you know when the stores do thier mark

downs.. but I was reffering to our supplements and things I am used to geting in

the states for near nothing I can't get here cheap so it is more challenging to

stay well and fight fibro here..
