It helps some people.I know, many autistic kids are terrible sleepers. My son used

to be up,bouncing off the walls at 2 or 3:00 in the morning, and then have

terrible meltdowns at school. This was before he was on a diet and getting

supplements. Many people on my autism support group, don`t have their kids on any

special diet, and thier kids could not sleep,so,would have massive meltdowns at

school. One boy,had to be pulled from school. Finally, som of the mom`s from the

UK,that don`t do diets, finally tried melatonin with their kids, and has helped

alot. They sleep good.Their meltdowns are fewer.I used it with my son, when he ate

a food that would send him over the edge, becasue it would keep him up all

night,having terrible melt downs.I use it sometimes,if I can`t sleep.I don`t use

it all the time.I think,it is good for these ASD kids that can`t sleep, and have

terrible meltdowns.I think,homeopathic melatonin is better,so I have heard.Have

not tried homeopathic yet.I have regular melatonin, and I use it if we need it.I

don`t use it all the time.I think, homeopathic melatonin would be good for you

with fibro that can`t sleep.
