I also meant to say this. Congratulations for having the courage and insight

to be willing to at least try to heal without surgery. There are times when

surgery is actually needed, we know that, and there are those on this list

who have taken that choice. It's great that you're willing to give this a

try. I was told in the end of October that I would have to have surgery and

here it is three months later and I'm just fine. There are plenty of

others who will attest to the same story and you'll read a lot of it in the

archives and testimonials.
