Guest guest
Since I am still talking about Lyme here, I'd like to say it is called the great imitator, just like syphilis was in the past century. Lyme is the same kind of bacteria, a spiral-shaped one called a spirochete, only it has six times the number of genes and can adapt itself to any host. That's why it's so versatile. I know there are several causes of autism, and a Lyme infection is one of them. Ditto for Crohn's and colitis - the intestines get quite messed up by this illness. It's really a whole-body illness. I know it's important to pay attention to a differential diagnosis for anything, but this illness is the one illness, along with the co-infections (babesia, bartonella, ehrlichia) that gets overlooked. - Robin , here is another article showing worms may be more healpful than we think To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Tuesday, 8 March, 2011, 17:50 http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/3558780.stm Love Joanne
Guest guest
I wonder what Bee would think about all of this? As she is dead set against antibiotics. Really makes me wonder if we do all indeed have Lymes.... This is all very interesting to say the least. Hugs, Carol To: fibromyalgiacured From: sfrobink@... Guest guest
Hi - I think the bacteria can go everywhere in the body. Also, a lot of the immune system is in the gut. There is also the condition called leaky gut, like if people have fungal candida, everything can leak out and irritate the tissues. - Robin Re: Fw: , Autism ? To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Wednesday, 9 March, 2011, 17:19 Hi Joanne, http://opensourcehelminththerapy.org/mediawiki2/index.php?title=Main_Page I found this-people treating themselves. Actually Bee has said that if we build our immune system well by the diet, our body will produce what we need-even parasites. If someone is in a particularly bad way-due to severe autism, or inflammatory bowel, such giving themselves the worms may help. Bees diet and supplements may be enough for us though, and will work perhaps slower. I do know a fair bit about the studies relating to crohns and colitis. All this other stuff is new to me, but does not suprise me one bit > Â > I am going to spend some time on this.
