She definately would not have needed all that insulin. She is now on morphine<< ***This is heartbreaking, isn't it? I've got a dear friend whose husband was just DXd w/type 2 diabetes... I've been talking to her about my way of eating for the past year and now we have more to talk about. But it infuriates me to think that most doctors think people are too stupid or don't care to make changes in their diets so they just assume they'll take the prescribed drugs... It just makes me want to cry...
Guest guest
I use organic, know the meat supplier so I know mostly what I am getting. Though it is expensive, I try to eat as pure as possible. Subject: Gulp.... To: " fibro " <fibromyalgiacured > Date: Thursday, 5 May, 2011, 12:49 Â This made me ill. Thought best to pass it on. Teaches me to question all purchases for meat. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/05/04/has-your-meat-been\ -glued-together--why-you-need-to-know-and-avoid-this-dangerous-process.aspx
Guest guest
You've got some great advise, there, Joanne! My ears are open, too, as I seem to travel a lot lately! My son is part of the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps and they travel to different cities to compete for a weekend and I've been honored to be a chaperone. This coming week will be their spring camp and I'm going. We leave Wednesday after school and will get back Saturday after lunch. I think this will be an easier trip for me, tho, in that I think I can bring my own food and prepare it. Guess I'd better ask the lead teacher first, tho! Re: Real Greek Yoghurt is about half the carbs of conventional yoghurt. not allowed on Bees programme but is allowed on Atkins - Better to add low cab nuts rather than fruit Here in England Mcs do childrens Happy meals for £2. I used to buy 2 of these ie cheese burger and carrot bags, one with a black coffee and one with water, and just throw the bread away Other times I bought the chicken salad at Mcs and because I always had Atkins bars in my car I would eat it with that

We've made slow food change-overs but have also attacked the toiletries and laundry soaps. My girls and I walked thru the toiletries dept of a store one day and we all walked out with headaches! I use baking soda on my hair. If I'd buy another jar of apple cider vinegar, I'd use ACV as a cream rinse. As it is, I buy a conditioner made with olive oil and coconut oil and use that on the ends of my hair instead... Re: >>...Instead of all this munching pathogens eating our junk and letting off toxic gases, from our junk, our immune system sends enzymes, amino acids and some how more gentle pathogens to eat this wholesome food When this happens instead of reflux acid, wind, cramps, fatigue, foggy head etc, we get a smoother running gut and a better running detox system and the better running all this gets the more well we get Now as you know we start with the food, because the food is the main culprit. the body uses food to feed and nurish itself. It uses food to get the gut working properly, to get the detox system working properly, to get the immune system working properly, so good food, like the food advocated by the weston price site and Bees site will get all these things working a lot better...<<

Guest guest
Oh Joanne, I just found your message. My Outlook Express contacts are so huge now. Sorry I didn't see it before. I have to get up from the desk here as my son Dan wants to sit here and I have to go to bed. My puppy is sitting next to him on the lounge. He'll end up on the end of my bed. All the best to you and God Bless you as well. Re: Please welcome Ruby Thanks . I sent an intro to the group hours ago which doesn't look like it's posted. I've also not recieved any mail from this group yet either. Must be a yahoo glitch:) ~Ruby > > Ruby has fibromyalgia and I've invited her to join this group. > > Please welcome her (and I hope she gets mail right away and not have to wait >weeks like I did when I joined!). > > L in WA (since it appears we have another on board) >
