agree w/ RoseMarie on Detox

Yes, RoseMarie,

has something here. This was the route I took. It works.

Plus do not think coconut oil is just another little product we

add to the diet. It has many curative advantages. I have seen

a big change in my body system using this humble oil.

But most of all, I place my wellness in Our Lord's Hands.

As RoseMarie says journaling and prayer is healing.

It is what has helped me.

By the way, Rose Marie, how goes everything???
