Guest guest
I don't follow Bee's program. I have never even read it through yet. I believe in using Dr. Wallach's supplements that provide all 90 essential things your body needs. It is all organic and plant based *only thing used totally by body. For my family of three, it is about $250. That is the total for all three of us to have all our needed vitamins and minerals and EFA. If one has health issues to work on, it may cost more for a bit until the issues are resolved. I know people with fibro who have followed this and end up with no symptoms in four months. I am starting soon. I have had to travel a bit lately so have not had the funds. I really like his stuff. Very intelligent man. maryruth
Guest guest
I buy only sea salt here in Australia. It's not expensive and I trust it implicitly. Bee followers: monthly cost for supplements Hello fellow Bee followers I'm wondering if any of you have counted the (supplement) cost (monthly) of Bee's pgm and if so, how much it costs you a month, coconut oil included. It would be great if you'd have a break-down of each supplement. My sister reminded me of the cost of sea salt; i don't even know how you would determine how much a month that costs!! anyway, input appreciated!
