Guest guest
Hi Rosemarie, and Joanne, I watched the video- http://www.archive.org/details/NourishingTraditionalDiets-TheKeyToVibrantHealth0\ 1 Price foundation video, interesting in many ways. It brought out vitamin A in particular would help us detox from toxins in our environment. It also mentioned those people eating the traditional diet of their people did not get tuberculosis. It was only after going to our western diet, that they got sick. All those traditional diets were different in different areas, but in common, all got some animal products, and all high in natural A, D, and K2, and no processed food, and all grains, and lentils were soaked/fermented, no sugar, all raw dairy. I still do not think I can handle any grains or nuts, even properly prepared, and not sure about any raw dairy that has carbs. I am healthier than I was, still not healthy enough. c. > >>>> >> > > >>>>>>>> >>>> >> > > >>>> >> > > >>>>>>>> >>>> >> > > >>>> >> > > >>>>>>>> >>>> >> > > >>>> >> > > >>>>>>>> >>>> >> > > >>>> >> > > >>>>>>>> >>>> >> > > >>>> >> > > >>>>>>>> >>>> >> > By the way, > >>>> >> > > >>>>>>>> >>>> >> > The fibro research group I volunteered was for Lyrica. Guest guest
Hi Rosemarie, I am experimenting with help to sleep, got some chamomile tea and several leaves from my lemon balm plant, some ginger powder, and small dash of cinnamon, sometimes a peppermint tea with it. I don't seem to go to sleep quicker, but sleep more soundly. Valerian root, or melatonin, in itself never helped me. I have heard a combination works better. Someone mentioned passion flower in Bee's group-Ed a moderator. In all I have read in Price foundation, and in Bee's group, you need the high fats, and plenty of natural A, D, etc to be able to absorb the nutrients. The more coconut oil and butter you can get, the better off you will be. Also do you eat any liver? It is very concentrated nutrition. Have you tried Bee's egg drink? You may very well have some nausea, but try to increase the coconut oil, and butter. You can check your supplements with Bee's group. Also those fats will help you detox, and improve your immune system. Bee says fats are easier to digest actually.
