Guest guest
Hi : You¹re in Australia? Wow. The other side of the world. I am so glad to hear you are feeling better these days without drugs and a positive attitude. That is very uplifting to hear on this list for all of us. Thank you for sharing that. Have you tried going without cheese yet? Has it helped? We are having our beautiful florida weather today. Breezy and warm with bright blue skies. It makes one glad to be alive. rosemarie > > > > > > > > >>> > > >>> > > From: <jemma63@... <mailto:jemma63%40westnet.com.au> >>>> > > > >>> > > Subject: Our own special diets >>> > > To: " Joanne Ford " <joannesford@... <mailto:joannesford%40yahoo.co.uk> >>>> > > > >>> > > Date: Tuesday, 29 March, 2011, 2:33 >>> > > >>> > > Hi Joanne >>> > > >>> > > Hi >>> > > >>> > > I am keeping the dose on the kelp low for now because I know high >>> doses over >>> > > time can damage the thyroid, but a small amount over the recommended daily >>> > > amount will not do too much harm in a short time. Guest guest
Hi , I would love to hear the recipe for that Curried Banana Salad. Sounds interesting. Love, Carol To: fibromyalgiacured From: jemma63@... Date: Tue, 12 Apr 2011 19:52:58 +0100 Subject: Re: Re:/ginger Hi Joanne, Thanks for thinking of me. I'm fine at the moment.. at least no worse than I was. My son is driving to Sydney in the morning to pick up a car he bought on Ebay. I'm praying he'll be ok there and back. He's bringing the new car on a big trailer. In the meantime he's helped me so much and my daughter is coming up here to see that I'm ok. My son even brought my lovely electric keyboard out here in the living room. He'd stuffed it away in the big spare room. I haven't played it for ages but I will tomorrow and it won't annoy him while he's away. I was out in the kitchen just before preparing a hot dinner of chicken and vegetables. And inclusing curried banana salad. Love that stuff!! But my legs were aching and cramping (fibro) and I was glad to sit down to eat dinner/tea..whatever you call it. I'm off to bed shortly.
