I don't know what to do. I don't want to be alone for Thanksgiving. My brother

and son are busy and don't want to be with me. I have called some places that

give food to the needy but because I can't stand or carry heavy stuff and would

just want to serve(have a bad back and have fibromyalgia)that don't want me

there. I don't have any friends. any suggestions? ine

Oh, ine,

Loneliness is what really can get us spiraling down during flareups. But that is

what this site is for. I know friends from this site will jump in to give you

thumbs up.

When you say you are sick, dear, are you in the pain stage or the

fatigue...both? If you are in pain take the vinegar. Meanwhile double up on

vitamins for a couple of days, get off starches, carbs, soda, and sweet stuff.

Are you taking a bit of the coconut oil to help kill off the bad bacterium that

might be lurking around your system?

Know we are pulling for you. Don't let the stuff get you down. Just keep writing

here we will be with you giving you support. We need this especially when we are

very ill with this beast.

Stay in touch, I will be praying for you.
