Guest guest
i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 8 yrs ago by a dr at the royal hospital derbys,in honesty i never believed that this was a disease and i carried on the best i could looking after my children going to work and going to the gym as normal.I have to say every day in the past 8yrs ive never felt well,i feel exhausted my muscles ache every second of every day and some days i even feel that im dying as the pain has been so bad.I have always looked after myself and my diet so i am unsure how to get better with food,i need advise on it please.i am milk dairy and fat intolerent i also cant eat much fibre, very intolerent,i can eat sugars and carbs as they dont effect me but i have an intestinal problem similar to crohns ive heard that carbs are bad for the fibromyalgia.I have never had any help with this disease and most docs pass it off as the fat and lazy disease of which im neither, so oviously i have put it to one side until now.im 42 now and suffering more than i have ever done before,my children and my hubby do not understand why i am so very tired and why i hurt so much.I have come to this site for some help please as no-one seems to understand or care.i have had every test going for everything including biopsies all over and the results are all good nothing wrong with me,any advise would be so much appreciated.
