Guest guest
Dear Friends and Barry...listen: can we discuss salt amounts again. I have never been a math whiz, but need to clear this up for myself. Below is Hulda's recipe that we are all familiar with. Now isn't her recipe using a TOTAL of 4 TBS in 3 cups of water= 4 drinks at 3/4 cup each? What I do on my flushes that work so very good for me (that's just me, now)...is 3 and 1/2 TBS with 10 oz of water and take one drink the first night and then 2 drinks the next morning 2 hours apart (each drink is 3and 1/2 TBS epsom salt and 10 oz water) at a TOTAL of 10 and 1/2 TBS epsom salt. Now Barry, didn't you say you used 5 TBS of ES in each drink? Total of how many TBS....See I'm using a lot of ES. This is very similar to the recipes I have taken my recipe from. But I also use 4X the oil and grapefruit Hulda does, so I guess it's just close to a 4x's flush all 'round. Did I do math right? Or type it right? Oh Barry how do you stomach that extra ES? Confused yet? of Dewberry Hill Hulda 's recipe 1/2 Cup(= 1.25 dl) Olive Oil Extra Virgin 1 Big grapefruit (2 small) (Or 3 lemons) 4 tablespoon EPSOM salts = MgSO4 ( = Magnesium Sulphate = EPSOM salt) 3 cups water (=750 dl) " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. " -Kubler Ross " Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Guest guest
No , I would die if I took that much epsom salt. You misunderstood me. Instead of 4 tbspns in 3 cups of water/split into 4 3/4 cup drinks, I just use one more, 5 tbspns in 3 cups of water. I can see why you don't like the stuff if you take 10 tbspns total!!! I think you can double or quadruple the oil but the epsom is ok at 4 or 5 tbspns total. Any more is just a waste and will exit your body without doing much good. I've heard this from an earlier post. Don't know how true it is but I think you may be taking way too much of the epsom. But, do what works for you. :-) Barry. --- In gallstones@y..., of Dewberry Hill <cozad76078@y...> wrote: > > Dear Friends and Barry...listen: can we discuss salt amounts again.
