Guest guest
Hi, My hair became less gray on Bee's diet. It became more salt and pepper gray instead of just gray. I had quit coloring my hair a few years before the diet, so I can tell a difference with the diet. I use Dr woods liquid soaps on my hair, with a bit of coconut oil rubbed in after towel drying, then blow dry. My hair is short, so don't have to blow dry too long. I tried last night Grandpa's baking soda soap unscented, and it did ok too. It is at vitacost, and maybe iherb. I wash clothing, bathrooms, dishes with dr bronner's sal suds, and borax or arm and hammer washing soda, and white vinegar. white vinegar will work as a fabric softener in the wash. But now I wonder why you're using Bronner's for other things and not just using all Woods? We have Bronners available locally tho I've found Woods online. I, too, use white vinegar as a softener but I'm still adding half a softener sheet to the dryer as straight vinegar did not cut the static. I've been too busy with other issues to try to determine why the vinegar wasn't enough. I stopped coloring my hair when I began Bee's pgm. My eyes are bad but I actually think my gray is 'better', too!
Guest guest
Hi , Dr Woods soaps do say you can use for laundry. I had bought a gallon of sal suds though, and am using it up first( I think it is cheaper to use, but not necessarily better). Sal suds undiluted is really good for stains, and cleaning something very dirty. I did mention it on Bee's group. I am extremely nearsighted, but think my distant vision improved a bit, but still have bad floaters. I do have a bit of static in my laundry. I put very little of my clothing in the dryer. I hang my towels on a wooden rack, and my shirts I put on hangers and hang in the bathroom. At work I have to use dryer sheets, chemicals, spray starch though. I use a mask when ironing, and gloves to clean. I have to do more detoxing than I would otherwise. Guest guest
Hi, forgot to mention, but some of the DR woods soaps, like the black soap has fragrance and caramel for color. Those are not in the lavender castile one though. C. > > > > >>I use Dr woods liquid soaps on my hair, with a bit of coconut oil rubbed > > in after towel drying, then blow dry.
