Calcium/magnesium/potassium and you can buy these in a powdered drink at the

health food store. I drink this all day long and especially in the

summer.<<

Bee also has the 'perfect' combination of calcium & magnesium, believing

that we do not need additional potassium as the foods she recommends we

consume have plenty of potassium (K).

There is also something to consider in that muscle spasms can be

detoxing/healing reactions as you clean up your diet...

As I scan Bee's articles to find back-up for what I just said, I found this:

" Sodium potassium, calcium and other minerals also have trouble penetrating

the cell walls. The result can be fluid retention, electrolyte imbalance,

and a number of other problems. "

When we do not give our bodies the right fats, it has to make cells out of

whatever materials it has, which would result in " rigid cell walls " , which

would be a reason potassium, calcium, magnesium do not get absorbed. It

could be you're consuming enough but cell walls are too rigid.

If this link takes you to the top of the page, scroll down to " Minerals, the

It will tell you the best way to get your minerals.

This article tells of the importance of good sea salt (and thus, potassium):

In this article, Bee states:

" adequate macrominerals, other than calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride,

are contained in the diet, i.e. potassium, sulphur, and phosphorus. "
