Guest guest
Dear Joanne, First I want to express my appreciation for looking this up. I will definitely pass this on. I'm going to research about my sisters Menieres disease. So I'm starting to feel quite icky already just one day on the Bees diet. My pain isn't even being subsided by my medication. Any suggestions on how to help the pain. Ack! I posted right before this on how to take the sea salt. I probably need that. Do I mix it in water or something? I'm not sure if I have the right sea salt right now. Its a Trader Joes brand which is a local health food store here in California. They are fine crystals and in the description it says unrefined and minimally processed. Would this be ok ? If not what sea salt should I get? Haven't started the yoga yet, in too much pain right now and very weak and tired. But I have hope! I really should be doing some prayer to the Father for help in this ketogenic diet working. He is quite the miracle worker and I have been blessed by Him many times that I can say He is nothing but absolutely amazing! He has watched out for our family and helped us pull through some tough times and this is going to be another one. Could you tell me where on the Bees site she tells you what supplements I need? Love you all, > > > > This diet is much the same as Bees > > http://www.dailymotion.com/playlist/xh0wz_miladskaya_the-paleo-diet-and-multiple\ -scleros/1#videoId=x59iwc > > Where Bees diet is different is Bee does not allow all that fruit the paleos eat and her supplements are specific to her diet, specific to supporting the immmune system etc > > Bee also has specific foods, and food amounts, similar to the paleo diet but also much the same as the optimal diet and the diet promoted by the weston price foundation > > All of these diets are good, and folk can heal on all of them, particularly from autoimmune conditions. I have friends doing all these different diets for lots of different reasons. > > The reason why i go with Bee is her diet is not expensive. It can be expensive at first, especially if we do not have all the foods and supplements already in our house, but once we have all we need and we start doing the diet it can often work out much cheaper than we were spending in the past > > I like her forum, everything gets covered there > > i like her site, she has links to these other diets and plenty of other useful sites and information on natural pain killers, cheap ways to detox and so on > > AND, LOL, quit a few folk here on this site are either doing Bees diet or similar, and this means we here can easily communicate. There are tonnes of great video links from this site that tie up with the things Bee talks about. If i am on there and not understanding all what Bee is saying it is easy for me to return to the fibromyalgiacured site go to the search box and type in a word relating to the subject i am wondering about and often a video or article will show up > > I do know these other diets work too, but often you need to buy books and other stuff. Bees diet is straight forward, in the sense all she tells us to buy can be bought locally oand often at a reasonable price > > Nonetheless, researching this stuff with the paleo diet really would not be time wasted since the ideas they have can be incorporated into Bees diet and visa versa. The paleo sites have some great recipes and some great youtube videos and so on > > Love joanne > >
