Guest guest
i was reading about the benefits of epsom salts.I have used them before with my son,as it is reccommended with autism.I did not do it consistantly,so,I did not notice anything with it.Then when I started trying to do this diet,I was having problems going to the bathroom,so I started using epsom salts. Then,I started reading more about it.I read that magnesium is hard to absorb through the digestive tract, and that can be related to chronic fatigue, having to much calcium and mussle pain. Can`t remember everything it said, but I was reading to my friend with fibro, and she is going to start doing epsom salt baths,or at least, soaking her feet in it,if she doesn`t do a bath everday.Reminds me,probably another reason my daughter seems sick. She had a long bath yeasterday,in epsom salts. She like to play in the tub,and I forgot,I put the salts in the tub.Usually I forget,as they gets baths in the morning before school, and i`m rushing around, and forget the epsom salt in their bath.On the weekend,we don`t have to rush around.I know, magnesium deficincy is also associated with ADHD.It was talking about the correct ratio of magnesium and calcium.or something, like that.I don`t get how you get the ratio right.
