Up until two years ago, I went to a local park and would walk/run about 2 miles each day. It looks like the running days are over--at least for a while. I KNOW it helped build up my lung capacity (probably at the same time it was jolting my CPK!!!!) I am amazed you could lift weights--I'd be hospitalized just LOOKING at them--LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
