Primal Defense and Liver Cleanse

Is it OK to perform a liver cleanse whilst taking Primal Defense ?

I'm intending to do this - just missing out the morning does of PD.

i don't see why not as long as you don't take anything the day of the

I wrote to the Primal Defense guy and he said he thinks the E.S. harms the PD

colonization. I tend to agree and after being on the E.S. wagon tooting my horn

so lound (), I'm looking for alternatives that are maybe milder. Am

taking PD...... of Dewberry Hill

I often wondered what the es did to the intestinal tract. Could it throw it

off balance? Even if you're not taking PD? I think it played a role in my

arthritis. Disrupting the beneficial flora and the apple juice helping the

Apple juice is very sugary. Sugar helps yeast grow like mad. I don't know

about quantity. But I was drinking it everyday. laura
