Can anyone tell me when it's permitted to drink water during a standard

epsom-salt / oil & juice cleanse?

I have never really been sure about this. I seem to wake up in the night

feeling thirsty but in the past have resisted water.

Is it possible that all the stones come out in the first hour or so of

taking the oil so it's OK to drink water after that ?

Thanks,

I understand that it's *not* OK to drink water right before the oil &

juice drink, say, one and half hour before, to be entirely sure.

Otherwise, I *think* drinking water is " permitted " , before and after,

but I'm not sure...

In a " standard " cleanse (oil immediately before bedtime), the

stones/sludge/chaff will for the most part come out on the next

morning and mid-day, for most people.
