Guest guest
Hi Becky Welcome to the group and congratulations on a good cleanse! I've never done the Classic Coke cleanse as I am attempting to not ingest artificial colors, sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, etc... But about the back pain - while I haven't personally experienced it, I have read of many who have. It's not uncommon for aches and pains to come about (temporarily) while cleansing. If you stick with the cleansing lifestyle - it should pass. keep up the good work! in health, rachel~ mteacher54@... writes: > I am new to this group and need some info. Guest guest
Becky, Congrats on your first flush. Sounds very successful. I also use the Dr. flush. I've done 5 so far. I can try and answer your first question. I can't answer the second because I've never done the 'coke' flush. As far as the back pain; It seems to be pretty normal. At least with me. I've had some lower back and upper back dullish pain usually 1 week after a flush. For me, I think it is more stones passing because it usually follows the next day with some more left over stones coming out. Sort of like a mini-flush between the two week flushes. Mine usually comes if I've eaten something fatty. Have you? That would explain it. Don't worry. You need to keep doing flushes to cleanse your liver/gb. You may need 5 to 10 more flushes to get to the bottom of the barrel so to speak. Then once the stones are clear, you should go on a once or twice a year mainteance cleanse program. Good luck, Happy Flushing. Barry. > Hello! > > I am new to this group and need some info. Guest guest
>1st question (to anyone who knows).... >I'm had some back pain since that >flush. Is this unusual? I always go for a chiropractic adjustment after a flush, and if my back is really out, will go before as well, just helps the nerves work so much better...and it's nerve impulses that help our muscles, organs, etc. work. Any stress on the body can throw the back out a bit, it always helps me. L.
