Guest guest
Joanne, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of this info; I can't wait to read all about it! I cried watching that U-tube of Ethan you sent (in your other email to me). So heartbreaking to see children going through these things, but so wonderful that there are ways to heal > > > > this is Carol sinclair and Dr Ebringer, they specialise in treating HLA B27 illnesses. Their diet includes not eating any starch, no lactose or sucrose, and for many this is enough to stop the fusing of the symptoms. But when i was at the Kickas site I noticed many people were not succeeding with this. When I spoke to folk more in depth, I found that almost all of them had Candida issues too > > Bees diet is for Candida, but it in the main minimizes starch, lactose and sucrose. When I spoke to more and more folk with AS and related disorders I realised that those that had minimised fruit too were also doing better > > On Bees diet we can only have a tiny amount of lemon or lime juice and I do think Bees level of fructose is correct > > I have fibro, and candida but many of my symptoms are the same as my 2 aunts, they have been diagnoses with reactive arthiritis, which is said to be a HLA B27 illness and yet they were never checked for the gene, I was checked and do not have it, hence the fibro diagnosis. But listen, there is a lot of rubbish talked about all these gene things. It is the food that is the problem with HLA B27. If you eat correctly, like the diet Bee advocates it does not matter if you have this gene because you will not get poorly > > Anyway, you do not need to buy Carol sinclairs book, nor Dr Ebringers stuff, but just reading up on some of it will help you understand why Bees diet works for this illness > > Love joanne > > >
