Guest guest
Hi maria: Oh, so you did try the lyrica for a bit? Well, I bet the side effects are temporary? Google the side effects of lyrica and see if there are any solutions to their side effects. You might run across something natural there. Also, I have a couple of suggestions. First, try doing some breathing exercises for energy and pain relief. Oxygenating your diaphragm area can really give you energy. When you breathe for energy you don¹t have to concentrate on drawing big breaths in, you just focus on pushing your breath out. The in breath will come naturally. Its the out breath where we hold on tight when we are in pain and fear. So you being by pushing your belly button area in towards your back bone while you breathe out. When you breathe in do not force in big breaths this only makes you dizzy. Let the in breath happen naturally. But push the breath out with some energy. Don¹t do anything so hard it causes you pain or discomfort. When I say push or force I do not mean to over ride your own personal sense of where your edge is. We all have different capacities. For example I have a hernia so I am very gentle with this. But it does work and it calms my mind too. If you like, you can pray or meditate at the same time with gratitude to God that we have what we do have. (or whatever your preference is) You will find that you suddenly take a gulp of air that feels very good. That¹s a reflex that we want to happen. Do this for 4 or 5 breaths. If it feels good do it for 4 or 5 more. If that feels good I have a couple of suggestions for you that might make your weekend better. There are a couple of drinks right in your spice rack ingredients. First of all try the cinnamon and honey recipe that is on the internet. Just make it so you like the taste basically. Cinnamon is an immune booster and energy booster too. Honey is excellent for energy and immune. Second drink is, put turmeric in a cup of hot water like a tea and drink that. You can add oregano (very very hot so maybe not) but cardommom, cinnamon, coriander and cumin. All make the drink for the immune system and for energy. Both of these drinks are for energy and for immune system strengthening. I do it lately and it does make me feel better. Any hot drink makes me feel better to tell you the truth because it is soothing and puts me in the moment. I hope this helps your weekend be better.
