Hi Joanne,

Did you read the recent posts from Bee,about the memory foam mattresses-how bad

they are. My sister bought a pillow top one-ended up it seemed to make her hurt

more. I heard for years about mattress problems because of toxins in them.

the illness. I know that when I smoked, smoking relieved my symptoms, especially

around PMS time and it also helped me deal with the binge eating attacks. But it

was a nightmare getting off the cigarettes, flare after flare after flare. I

really beleived I would never be able to give up

without the cigarettes was difficult and my weight ballooned after this. I

gained 100lb

drinking alcohol around that tiem too. gave both of these up to help me with my

health and because I could not afford it

were much harder, but I did do it. But then many years later when I was

incredibly fat and sick of eatinf 24/7 I decided to smoke again. beleive it or

not this did help my symptoms and it did help me stop binge eating.

with fatigue and general fibro feelings, plus anxiety depression etc. I tried

once more to give up and again i was tomrmented with persistent fibro flares,

over and over

Atkins diet actually helpe dme give up the cigarettes

and do it to the very best of your ability and then give up the addction, I

truely beleive that any addiction can be overcome with hugh fat eating

>

> Anyway, now I am a non-smoker again I can see clearly what folk that do not

smoke go through. In the morning my lot get up and light up down stairs. I ahve

told them all amillion times how much it affects me, Mmmmmmmmmmm

>

> Anyway, at least they do open the door more now and when the weather is better

they go outside but honestly I really think if they did not smoke it would make

a massive difference to my health. But like I was, they are, selfish

>

> Anyway, my way to cope with all this is to get out the house as early as I can

and work outside. I know I get pollution affecting me, but at leat not much

cigarette smoke, and the other thing I am noticing that is affecting me,

electromagnetism!!!

>

is very worrying. The governement intends to increase the level allowed and will

be increasing it even further over the next few years

has no computer, no TV no microwave,a nd he only uses his cooker, and other

eectrical items at the very minimum of usage. For most of the day the

electricity is switched off at the mains

>

> This is the direction I am looking in right now. Currently I use a laptop.

When I get a new computer I am buying getting one that does not go on my lap. I

do not have a phone, I said I might get one in April but now I am wondering if a

phone on the computer might be a better bet. It will be cheaper and will avoid

another electrical item being introduced to our home

springs in our beds are working as antenai for all this stuff, and I am

wondering if this could be desturbing the nerve signals in my back

>

smoke and the electromagnetism

>

> Anyway, I will get off the poison stuff, now. I think it is often better to

look at this the other way, how can we find more spece for nature and its

reliving beauty in our lives. It has been nice today and I have been in the

garden and as usual this helped me. I am just hoping I can get more of this

this week

>

living alone. When sorting finances and such I arrange my life so that when I

am older I can. Honestly I love my husband but I never want another husband and

I can honestly say I cannot wait for my children to move out LOL

Hi, I hardly know what to do. I bought new mattresses when I moved to

Indiana-who knows but that made me worse. My couch(used) is some sort of foam I

am sure. I was given a mattress when I moved back here-it is not a fancy one. I

think about the carpet here too. I just try to air out my place, put some plants

around, do the diet and the fat to encourage my body to detox, and have an air

cleaner, but don't use it much.I use cotton sheets and blankets.
