Guest guest
I use sea salt, but,I don`t have grey sea salt.Maybe i should get it.He eats mostly organic, but,I was letting him have french fries from Mcs and plain potatoe chips.Loaded with salt.i know. For years,he ate nothing but meat and veggies, and he did not get a great deal better. So,I let him have a few treats.I know,I need to get him off these. Why?He reatins water,so much worse than others.I mean, his whole face gets puffy at times.Like I said,He is 105lbs.You expect a heavy person to retain lots of water, but,he has always been on the scrawny side, due to food intolerance and not being able to absorb nutrients.Just, gets worse with the very hot weather. His electrolytes are screwed up in the very hot weather. > > Tina > Â > I do not know a great deal about mineral imbalance, but I do know that almost all of us are struggling with it in one form or another because we have been raised on table salt which is basically just sodium and nothing else > Â > Sea salt, especially Celtic sea salt, contains 84 minerals and these are the exact same minerals found in the human body, and in the same preportions too > Â > > Â > It is expensive, but worth it. Bee recommends the grey sea salt because that is the least process. There is evidence too that the clay still in the grey sea salt is also used by the body to balance gut bacteria and other things > Â > As far as I know in the USA this firm is the cheapest for grey sea salt. > Â > http://www.saltworks.us/ > Â > Myself I get it from a friend that buys it in bulk direct from France. If you have a Weston Pirce Chapter in your area, they may know a co-op or other source that is selling grey sea salt at a cheaper price than the site > Â > Love Joanne > Â > Â > > > ________________________________ > > To: fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Saturday, 21 July 2012, 14:33 > Subject: Sodium and Potasssium Imbalance > > > > Â > > I think has a major problem with sodium and possible deficiency in potassium.Mainly,or worse, when the temps hit 100 degrees and he is sweating more. For years,he has had issues with his eyes looking puffy, and i have had this too.I would always ask the doctors about it,and usually, would get no response.I asked the developmental optomatrist about it,and he said it was allergy, which,I thought was a factor, and also a possible glandular problem. Now,I think,he has a majot problem with sodium and potassium imbalance. He only weighs 105Lbs and I wonder how much of that is water weight.Sometimes his whole face looks puffy.I do use herbals to help get rid of excess water weight. Now,I need to be more carefull of how much sodium he gets. Was buying gatorade when the temps hit 100 degrees or more.To much sodium.Plus, when it is that hot,I think his potassium levels go to low,and then he has cognitive problems, like falling down.Fell and nearly busted his nose. His > face is all banged up looking, swollen. Not as bad now.Giving him anti inflammatories.Looking at cell salts to fix this.Something called youngPHorever. > > > > >
