If you are understnading tyosine, in my view you are understanding a very

important part of fibro

Research is repeatably showing we are low in dopamine but I do not know how much

taking tyrosine will help with this

As you no doubt know my dad has Parkinsons. Both he and I are low in dopamine.

He takes L-Dopa and frankly this is not doing him any good

I used to take Reductil, this did help but I only took it for a year

Now I only use a ketogenic diet to keep my dopamine levels up, and it is

working. My dad is usung a ketogenic diet too and it is helping him no end too,

but in my view he would do a lot better if he could get of the L-Dopa

All the foods i was addicted to were dopamine enhancing

Now i am off them all I feel much better

My body now is getting all its amino acids from natural sources, mainly meat, a

little from nuts and seeds

My dad also uses whey protein, very low carb sweetened with stevia. I think this

is OK for him but I am only allowing myself raw milk dairy so I do not bother

I will try to find some journals I have relating to all of this and forward them

later

Love Joanne

Hi,

Has anyone tried tyrosine for fibromyalgia, good/bad/indifferent results?
