Then take 1-2 tablespoons 2-3 times/day. Suzanne Dandelion Latin Name: Taraxacum officinale Common Name: Dandelion Usage Dandelion root should be considered primarily as a LIVER tonic and BILE stimulant, with the added benefit of lessening the tendency to form GALLSTONES. It has proven so beneficial in this regard that it should be included in therapeutic programs where the person has a history of stone formation or where gallstones are suspected. Dandelion supports liver function as a blood purifier. It is an excellent blood cleanser and is most effective on the liver, kidneys, and skin. It gradually restores tone to the entire digestive tract, without causing laxative dependence. Consider taking Dandelion daily for three to six weeks as support if you have chronic arthritis, acne, chronic skin infection, cold sores, hemorrhoids, gallbladder discomfort, poor digestion, high blood pressure, inflamed liver or chronic constipation. Useful for those prone to gallbladder stones, PMS, bloating, and yeast infections.
