Subject: detox

Today is day 5 in a 10 day detox I started with a kit from Walmart. Cost

less than $20. Today I realized that my pain level has lessened drastically.

I have not had one headache today. I did not even take a nap. I even

exercised a bit on the rebounder. I wanted to walk but it was raining and

snowing.

I started my food/symptom journal again today. I am going to work hard to

continue it this time.

When I get the chance, I am going to do a juice detox and fast for 10 days.

Right now I can't afford it. <G> Just trying to keep food on the table with

my required trips to TX killing me financially.

just wanted to share about my pain free day. Even after sitting for a long

time I am not hurting. Isn't that wonderful?

HI ruth:

That is wonderful! Wow. That really tells you something about food and our

pain. Somewhere in your diet there is a food intolerance. When you finish

your detox introduce foods one at a time and see which food causes the pain

to spark up.

Go as slow as you can. Like if the first day you can only eat eggs. See

how you feel. The next day only eat chicken and see how you feel. The next

day only eat chicken with tomatoes and see if yu can spot some foods that

really turn on your pain.

Congratulations to you. I am proud of you and you are proud of you too.

Hi ruth,

It may be a juice detox will get too many toxins moving at one time, sending a

link. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/clean1.php

The ketosis diet itself will detox you, but just slower and more beneficial. The

food journal/symptom is a good idea.

The ketose strips are not always a reliable indication of ketosis.
