If you're just starting out, Bee recommends 1/2-1 tsp 3 times/day for the first 4-5 days, then increase, slowly in a similar fashion. For " healthy " people, the daily dose of CO is 3 T. For us sickies, tho, it is 5.5 Tbsp. If you're not used to consumig that much, don't be surprised if it takes even months to get there...
