Good for you on your first flush! I know how you hate the E.S. Me too.

Didn't really hit the wall with it until the 4th flush. Will try magnesium

Congratulations on taking the plunge - and having a successful cleanse! :)

It's great to get that sludge out there and deprive it of the opportunity to

turn into stones! You've done your body a great service - keep up the good

work!
