Guest guest
Hi Fern,....what you wrote below to hit a nerve for me because this is exactly what happens to me too. That was when I started thinking I didn't have FM but something else that had to do with the muscles. Everything I've ever read about FM says you are stiff in the morning and as the day goes on it gets BETTER. I am just the opposite. Thanks for sharing this,.....it's the specific explanations that really help one understand whats happening to them I think. Guest guest
Jax, I am glad that I could help you by writing about what I have been going through. I hope that maybe that is why we are here so we can help others as well as receiving support. I know this group has been a lifeline for me. I have learned so much and I receive so much support. I hold a place of authority and leadership in my other groups and it is nice to be in a different role here. Many people forget that we can only give as much as we are able and that we need to replenish our own souls before we can offer anything to anyone else. I recharge my batteries by doing some special things for me each week and participating in this group is one of them. Gentle hugs, Fern
