Guest guest
Hi everyone, Just a quick query regarding enemas. Everytime I read about enemas, they always talk about enema bags. Where can these be bought and are there any suppliers in the UK? Really would like to do this from home but have no idea where to start! Any hints - much appreciated! I would be surprised if they are hard to locate over there. Have you checked around since you wrote that post? Guest guest
Hi , Can't find the things anywhere for sale in 'regular health shops' (bloomin' embarrassing to ask for too!!!) Might be able to track some down to in London perhaps. Decided to have 'colonic irragation' (rehydration) at a clinic tomorrow in fact as my BM's are getting to be almost non existant! (after the natural laxative casacara after the weekend). So, 'bit the bullet' and booked myself in! AAAHHH - very nervous about the whole thing but quite excited at the prospect of starting the process at last. I'm sure she might sell enema bags, or definately know who does in the UK. Also doing my 'kidney cleanse' on Saturday with 2 watermelons in a bath for the day - has anyone done this version? Now on my 12th day of juice fasting so thought this would be a good additional cleanse and looking forward to it in comparison to tomorrow's session with the colon therapist! Have you started your juicing yet? Kind regards, Michele -----Original Message----- From: Rachd1961@... Guest guest
Think I will give this one a miss, coming out of the bath looking like a prune and smelling like a polecat is not really my cup of tea. Hope you have a good week also. nne > Basically involves a day in the bath eating 2 watermelons > and continuously weeing into the water!
