Hi Nicki I'm on the bowel cleanse list as well and just wanted to let you know that this question about the olive oil turned out to be a typing error. I was overwhelmed with the volume of messages there. I'm new to this group and not so familiar with everything but have been through the mill doing all sorts of things to myself over the past 10 years trying to get it right. it sound to me like you've done the same. I read many interesting articles but couldn't read them all and couldn't find the bowel cleanse you told me about. I found one about using some lemons and ES which I printed out. Don't know if I can do that one or not. Don't have access to distilled water, I live overseas and have searched already. Anyway, I was interested in the fact that you've done all those liver cleanses the paracleanse the clear and now the PD and you are still suffering die off. it seems like after all that everything would be dead by now. I thought all my problems would go away after the liver cleanse but now I think it's just the beginning of many things I need to start doing. Do you use the PD up to your liver cleanse then stop for a couple of days or how does that work. I would like to know how much of this stuff to order and for how long I have to take it. I appreciate all your help and even though I hate to know other people suffer as I have it's still good to know I'm not alone. You seem to have a very stong will and determination, I myself do to but feel I'm just know finding the right path to take. If you could send me your colon cleanse and more info on the PD that ould be great, meanwhile I'll read more on it.
