Guest guest
So wonderful to hear from you!  When in pain I begin with a jigger (one and a half ounces) of Braggs Mother unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegarvinegar with a jigger of water (stirred together). One in the morning and one in the evening for a couple of days. Sometimes if in severe pain I take an extra one at noon. By the third day, I take only one jigger of vinegar with the water in the morning for a couple of days. By then usually, my body has stabilized from the pain. Remember this is supposed to alkalize the body. I wonder sometimes if this pain is affiliated with the Gout since that condition is caused by extreme Uric Acid content in the body. What are your thoughts on this? I hope this helps you. Take Care and God bless, > > > > > > Hello, Everyone, > Thought I'd touch base with you today. Guest guest
Thanks maria. I will try this. Did it ever bother your stomach? If so, what do you do about that? rosemarie > > > > > > So wonderful to hear from you! > When in pain I begin with a jigger (one and a half ounces) of Braggs Mother > unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegarvinegar with a jigger of water (stirred > together). Guest guest
Hellooooo, RoseMarie! You do need to get used to it. At first drink, my eyes popped out, my tongue almost fell off, and my throat took on another voice screaming language I didn't recognize. But in the long run your system will get used to it including the tummy. Hope you have been doing well. I got up pretty 'springy' today. Just wish my car was feel- ing the same. As I told my brother, the repairman is asking an arm and a leg to fix the darn thing. I asked him if he would take a rib instead...no such luck. Happy Trails to you! > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > Hello, Everyone, > >> > Thought I'd touch base with you today.
