My hubby has a very bad back, I have problems with my sacroiliac joint. in his

case it is bulding discs etc and with me it is detox

Both of us are using bone broth daily to deal with this. The minerals in bone

broth strengthen bones and also assist detox, and they relax muscles. Several

folk on Bees site have shared success stories regarding the recovery from very

damaged backs whilst including the bone broth in their diet

I make mine with a slow cooker. I get the bones for free (I say they are for my

dog, LOL, which they are but they give me so many he could not eat them all LOL)

anyway, I put the bones in the slow cooker with sea salt cider vinegar and water

and leave it simmering for 12 hours, then we just drink the juice. It is nicer

than you might expect

I have been told that because it contains potassium it can help us not get

kidney stones, which as you know is important on a ketogenic diet

Lemon juice and high doses of vitamin C with biolaflavanoids are, I believe,

help my liver

Hope some of this is useful

Love Joanne

Wow...wonder what's going on, other than pain and frustration. Am not trying to

sound demeaning or anything. Just have been going through some weird backache.

Don't know if

it is muscle or kidney or liver. Now arm is acting up.

Hope you have been doing well.
