I can't speak for the others but my hunch is like most of the others, I live and survive from one paycheck to another. I am a widow whose last child just began college and I have no choice but to work. I even looked into disability but I need the health insurance my work provides and it was too scary to do without it. Like you, I try to pace myself but invariably I do sometimes over do, and am quickly brought back to reality. I am getting so much better about saying NO!
