Guest guest
Hi joanne: Thanks for the email. I don¡¯t feel bad when you don¡¯t asnwer just so you know that. I understand being busy, using a computer at the library etc. I have my grandson with me for the weekend so this will be short. I am really intrigued by the article you sent about gut bacteria and fibromyalgia people hav ing that. I read a guy years ago and as far as he was concerned all fibro¡¯s have candida period and its leaky gut that is causing the inflammation that is fibro. So, the solution is to balance our gut bacteria again. That¡¯s probably why you feel so good on low carb why we all feel so bad if we eat sugar /carbs. When we feed the out of balance candida it gives off toxins and that hurts our bodies. Those toxins are poisonous to us and can penetrate any system we have. So we can have all kinds of symptoms and what we eat definitely affects it. We have all noticed how our diet affects our fibro. And this certainly explains that doesn¡¯t it? Anyhow, thanks for being there. rosemarie > > > > > > Wow RoseMarie > ? > I do hope you do not mind, but when I have tonnes of emails I try to respond > to the newcomers first, which means your email was shoved to the bottom and I > ahve only just arrived at it > ? > RoseMarie, there is always so much genuine love in your posts and they always > lift me up > ? > I think you know I have been all over the place with this hospital thing > lately. Guest guest
Thanks joanne. I am looking it up now. I have to sometimes pick and choose. I am currently seeing a dietician and I¡¯m having a test to make sure my intestines are not still harboring a bacterial infection I had in 2009. She says if I still have that and I forget the name of it then I may have to go on antibiotics again. I do not want to do that but I am sure sick of this stuff going on all the time. Oh I found it its called blastocystis hominis (many) it also says pathogens/bacteria overgrowth detected of bacillus species, alph hemlytic streptococcus, gamma hemolytic stretococcus, and non pathogenic E coli (moderate) mold like fungus. I also had extremely low SIgA and reaction to grains. Which she said this indicates Celiac. It also showed low pancreatic enzyme output. So as this test was done in 2009 I am re doing the test to see where it stands now. I will get the results in about ten days. Anyhow, has anyone heard of a solution to gut bacterial problems without anti biotics? I would prefer that. So, I am putting on hold the therapy you sent me but it sounds interesting for the future for sure. I hope you are having a better week. Thanks for being there for all of us rosemarie > > > > > > > > RoseMarie > ? > I mentioned this earlier when replying to . Guest guest
Thanks Joanne. As usual you make sense. I am doing your advice. I too know tat candida is often protecting us. Like candida will enclose mercury so it can't go to your heart or brain. So toxin removal is the key. Have to run but wil, talk later Rosemarie Dave, Via my iPad > It will take a little time to get your head around the high fat thing because for decades we have been told fat makes us fat, and there does seem to be some logic there. But this is not true, fat makes us thin, it is carbohydrate and insulin that makes us fat. > > All i can tell you is people in the west generally eat a low fat/high carb diet, and as you know they are fat. Folk from none-industrialised countries like the Massia and the Innuits either eat no carbs or less that 15g of carbs, their fat intake is around 200g and they never get fat > > I eat this much fat and carbs and i ahve lost 55lb doing this. The last few months my weight loss has slowed down but this is because i have introduced dairy > > for 18 months i followed Bees diet correctly and did not eat fruit (except lemon) nor dairy. But since febuary I have been eating unpasturised dairy. This has not affected my healing but it has slowed my weight loss down > > Anyway there are many reasons why folk get fat but eating high fat, low carb is not one of them. We are all on high fat low carb here and all of us have lost weight. My son and daughter are at their perfect weight, and look stunning. My husband is also at his ideal weight, and looks 10 years younger. I am still a little overweight, about 30lb, but to loose this I will not lower my fat, if anything i will raise the fat and cut out the dairy again LOL > > I will explain this more when i have more time but here Dr explains some of it > > http://www.youtube.com/user/golowerprogramme?blend=23 & ob=5#p/u/1/Uh9ka8xy4Xg > > Also, the candida. Although it is candida that gives us the symptoms the candida is not really the problem. We have some form of toxicity in our gut that the body is trying to clear by using the candida. Even if you used weed killer or bleach, the candida will always return until you get rid of the toxicity > > You are doing well using the colonics because they do clear a lot of toxicity from our bowel but it is much more likely that your candida is clearing a toxin you are eating > > For me my candida appears when i eat sugar or starch equally, neither are safe for me, not even in small doses. The only starch i have are the trace amounts in my supplements and low starch veg, and if i could i would not even have this > > Candida also returns when i eat dairy. The only dairy i can eat and not get candida is butter, and more recently unpaturised cheese, but as i have mentioned elsewhere, eating unpasturised dairy has slowed my weightloss right down, my weight came off much more gracefully when i did not eat dairy at al, only the butter > > And the other one that wi awaken my candida is fructose. Just one or two lemons each day is my absolute max of fructose, and occasionally this is too much so i have to cut back for a few days whilst the candida clears up > > I can eat a few low carb nuts and not get candida, but i even have to be careful about this, and in the early days Bee advises against this too > > If you went no carb, or very low carb for a week your candida would be gone. But you would have to keep your carbs proper dawn, maybe less than 15g like i do and you would only be able to et the carbs recommended by bee like broccilli cabbage etc. Some folk cannot have any, some puree their veg, but going off what i know about my own candida no carbs shifts it, and low carbing keeps it at bay, this is with no medication whatso ever > > Every so often candida returns, but i do not loose heart, i know it is telling me, 'you have eaten something poisonous', sometimes i do not have a clue what that thing is but usually i do, it is usually a processed meat, too much lemon or carrots LOL > > Anyway, the starch, or other carb i have eaten is so weak that a water fast for the rest of that day, say with some protein and fat later, shifts the candida. Its gone, in one day, because this how close me and 'my friend' candida are. She tells me when i have eaten poison, and i respect her by not agrevating her with anti-fungals but just removing the toxin > > I do hope this is helping. RoseMarie you are inches away from success i am sure of it > > Love joanne > > > > > >> > > > >> > From: RoseMarie Tropf <rosemarie19@... <mailto:rosemarie19%40mac.com> > > >> <mailto:rosemarie19%40mac.com> > > > >> > Subject: Re: Sick and tired of being sick and tired > > >> > To: fibromyalgiacured > > >> <mailto:fibromy

Guest guest
Can you clean your teeth with coconut oil? Did not know that. At first i though boy this is crazy this could be so much simpler, but it is not bees fault. folk go to her site with all different kinds of false teaching, everybody wants everything explaining down to which sea salt is best, does the meat have to be grass fed, if not why? are coffee enemas safe, can i still take this med? and the list goes on and on Over the years bee has had to expalain and reexplain why she is saying what she is, but there are not that many articles out there that easily explainwhat she is saying Scientist have made a mountain out of every subject. Instead of being able to say sometihng like clean your teeth with coconut oil or baking soda etc, we now have to say use this product becuase is does not contain sugar fluride etc. then somebody will say fluride, why cant we have floride and off the story goes on fluride. But in the old days there was no fluride there was just coconut oil baking soda or what ever. nobody needed to know which war in the middle eat was leading to crops being firtalised with arsnic that was contminated with lead on its way to timbuktoo where mercury and led was added just before it was radiated LOL In th eold days folk just used what bees says and frankly did what bee says and life was so much easier Only now us lot that go there say bee says this and bee says that and bee says such a thing, and we all sound like zombie school girls LOL LOL LOL Anyway if we forget for one minute about all the scietific theories and just focus on what bee is actually saying it is something like this If you have been eating wrong and living in the west, your systems, digestion system, adrenal system detox system and all you systems will be sluggish and out of plonk. this leeds to organs and other body parts not functioning to great. we end up with a backlog of toxicity which has to be broken down adetoxed in some way. the body prefers to use the lyphatic system to get rid of our junk because the lynthatic system does so gently. but because we do not get away from toxicity and we continue to eat wrong the body can not get rid of all the junk through the normal channels and instead has to store toxicity where ever it can. This could be the muscles joints organs fat,w hat ever. With a body full of toxicity you will have a body full of pathogens. the body uses the pathogens to break down th toxicty making it managable for the lynthatic system If you have been using the pill taking antibiotics been under a lot of strss etc. your body will be particularly toxic and further more because of all the toxicity these things and other things cause your bacteria are going to have to be kind of super bugs to get rid of the mess when i use the term superbug i mean a pathogen that has evolved to become ecellent at breaking down murcury lead aliminim what ever. these super bugs chomp like crazy on our junk and as much as they may be saving our lives getting rid of our mess they 'fart ' a lot and from this poisonous gasses are seaping off and poisoning us etc. Plus a billion other things are going on If we stop eating junk and eat correctly, avoid toxicity and assist the body in getting the lynthatic system working correctly ie coffee enemas etc eating lemon sea salt and all that lot, skin brushing saunas or what ever, any way if we can get our bodies to detox we stay away from toxins we stop creating toxins from emotions and we keep nurishing our bodies with the correct food the body itself will heal us and we will not need to do anything we do not even need a diagnosis, because this kind of healing works for anything LOL Hope this helps Love joanne  ________________________________ To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Tue, 26 July, 2011 16:45:57 Subject: Re: Re: Honey  HI : Thank you for the Bees site you pasted below. That was so helpful to me too. I have trouble navigating that site for some reason. Brain fog I think. I zone out and cannot make a summary of it. You just did that below. It turns out I did kind of understand her site I just didn¹t know it. I was doing a lot of those things wihtout realizing that I was doing her stuff and doing it right. How¹s that for brain fog. Thanks again . It was a great help. rosemarie > > > > > > > Thank you so much. This is truly great!
