Guest guest
I hope it works. I just ordered two bottles off of Iherb lol... the one I ordered had 50mg of B6, 600mg of Malic Acid, and 150mg of Magnesium, 50mg of Thiamin and 5mg of Manganese . Made by Ethical Nutrients. I figured I would give it ago, I was already having to order some more Vitamin C and my Coconut oil capsules that I take too. So I thought why not.....I'm worth it!!! Thank you for letting me know about this. Definately keeping my fingers crossed. Love, Carol To: fibromyalgiacured From: astralstargazer@... Date: Fri, 4 Feb 2011 00:07:40 +0000 Subject: Carol, grams vs. milligrams with Malic Acid Carol, I'm confused. I saw it at BetterhealthInternational.com and it has like 1.5 grams of malic acid. I just realized as I am typing, that a gram is much different than a milligram (mg). I got concerned about what's the right amount, but after reading the reviews on iherb and other sites where woman are taking it for yrs, and myself feeling very little pain in my thigh ligaments, and that's after sitting at this computer instead of getting out which always sets off the thigh ligaments, I feel okay about this. (That was a long sentence . I feel very hopeful. All these companies I checked out predominantly make 800 mg capsules. I am going to order it from BetterhealthInternational I think (because I can call them), as I think it had the right stuff for $6 as does iherb.(I need to check if it has B6, but that can be added separate). Thanks for naming the site as the reviews were very helpful and reassuring. But I have to research grams vs. milligrams. which sounds obvious the ratio to many on this board I'm sure, but not me, lol. This stuff costs very little and they keep referring to it's necessity in the Krebs cycle and ATP production. Look at this link: http://www.betterhealthinternational.com/productDetails.asp?prodID=OL00309 Now this link above that talks about malic acid and the Krebbs cycle and ATP production, is where I get my Corvalen M, and it has the malic acid in grams as opposed to milligrams so I got confused. Boy, I hope this stuff works. I'm calling the company to find out the conversion ratio to milligrams, lol. On the site you mentioned I read the reviews and I also read 2 of the woman felt a change in a day. We just have to see. Fingers crossed. Take care.
