Guest guest
I took it last night and feel better already, but it could be a coincidence. Too early obviously for any conclusion. I wrote an extensive post I don't see, but I will say to look at the link and the main things needed are Magnesium, B6, and Malic Acid for it to work. Try to buy the amounts in their formulation and take them together twice a day morn and eve as they advise. I just got a local stores brand, but I don't think the brand matters. Honestly my thigh ligaments feel so pain free, more so than in 2 yrs, but I have to get out and around and see if this is real. Here's their link. We can only try it and see what happens. If you don't have money constraints, just try their brand and see what happens. http://www.painstresscenter.com/mall/Malicacidplus.html Love and a Big Hug, Jean
Guest guest
Carol, the malic acid I found is a capsule that has 600 mg, not the 800 mg they recommend, but my normal morning pain was reduced after taking it last night just one time. I bought my malic acid and B6 at the Vitamin Shoppe in L.A. I just bought their brand as it was the cheapest. I'd try to buy capsules if they aren't too costly as they don't have to dissolve like a tablet. Again look at the site, and see how much Malic Acid, B6, and Magnesium are in their formulation. My malic acid capsule is short 200 mg from their formulation and I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I feel none of the twingy pain this morning. Again, time will tell. Again, you take the mag, the malic acid, and the b6 together morn and even. If you can afford powdered magnesium I'd get powdered. But just do what you can.
