Guest guest
Hi Carol, Good news!? Unless this is a fluke, after walking very much yestereday, which usually means I'm quite sore the next day, I have less pain in my thigh ligaments than in a couple years from just one dose last night. I don't know if this is a coincidence Carol. But I'm walking around my home without any twinges, hardly any pain. But this is way too soon to jump to any conclusion. I don't know what's going on yet. I don't know if this is related to one dose last night. Kind of hard to beleive, but you never know. I have to get outside and walk around to see what's happening. I just switched progesterones, but I really doubt it's that (I've never know progesterone to make a difference). Now I'm hopeful, but I don't know if several days of warm weather that could do this, but I doubt it (it hasn't done this b4). Time will tell. If this is actually happening it's a miracle, but this is way too soon to know. To buy from this woman who told me about malic acid and is getting it half price as she is a doctor, it would cost me $30 a month. So I decided to try to make the main ingredients of their formula myself. I went yesterday to what is considered not a lesser, but a lower priced Vitamin Shop. It's name is actually the " Vitiamin Shoppe " in Los Angeles, it's well known if you live out here for low prices. I don't think the brand matters much as long as it's malic acid. But I don't know much about this supplement yet, but I would go for capsule form over tablet with everything if you can. Also when I googled it, there is high association with Malic Acid and reduced fibro pain as you've probably read in my posts. Okay Carol, so I bought their Malic Acid (their brand), which is 600 milligrams in capsule form of their malic acid, and their vitamin B-6 which is 100 mgs. So the brand name I bought is the " Vitamin Shoppe " , but I don't think the brand matters. But I already take B6 in a multi, so I may open the B6 capsule and just take a small amount of B6 at the same time I take my Corvalen M which has 800 mg of magnesium per serving, and the malic acid 600 mg morning and night (as the brand in the link says to take this combo of ingredients, twice a day morn and eve). The formulation she recommended only has about 5 mg of B6 I think, (I will leave a link). When I was reading the link on the brand that she says helped a couple woman she knows within a few days, I saw to buy it without her discount would be $60 a month for me (way too much). To buy this brand she recommends from her is $30 a month (that's a lot for me on top of Corvalen M). But since I already take one of the main ingredients in her product which is magnesium (because it's in the Corvalen M I take), I can just take them all at the same time morning and night. Magnesium, B6 and Malic Acid. Their product has more things, but I'm going for the essential ingredients they say makes the product work. As far as I read the most important ingredients in the brand she says helped two woman (or more???), so fast are Malic Acid, B6, and Magnesium. So if you want to do this, just take magnesium, a small amount of B6, and as close to 800 mg of Malic Acid at the same time twice a day, morn and eve. And again look at their formulation in the link I will leave. And it will say the main things helping and the amount of each. So look at the milligrams on the link I will post below. And then just find these items cheaply. Because I already have magnesium, buying the B6 and malic acid on my own and taking it with my magnesium will only cost me about 12 extra dollars for a 45 day supply. Now the product she recommends has 800 mg of Malic Acid twice a day, but I found it in 600 mg capsules, so I will try this. Here's the link: http://www.painstresscenter.com/mall/Malicacidplus.html I hope this helps, and we will see if this works, and voila! if it does. If not onward we go, but I have high hopes as there were so many links when I googled. Love and a Big Hug, Jean > > > Hi > > Ive been reading your posts about this Malic acid and Magnesium. Sounds pretty promising. Can you tell me what brand you are about to try, and what its called. Thank you. > > Hugs, > Carol > >
