I think the tea tree oil will help and maybe baking soda make a paste will a bit

of water Also you can try coconut oil

I put it on anything and it seems to work

Obviously if you can not wear your bra as much as possible that will help with

whatever treatment you choose

Yes I think most of us who have the fibro suffer from putting others first. We

have to learn to say no or another time perhaps I know its hard but its

essential for us. I think air and sun is good for most skin issues. Also the

coconut is fantastic on your skin you wont believe how soft your skin will be -

My cousin who does not have fibro but has heart issues I brought her some and

she is shocked how soft her skin is now esp her feet. For the rest of your body

I put it on after I shower in the am and again at night before I go to bed. I

also use it to remove my make up and I leave it on for a minute or two and then

take it off. I also make sure to put it on my neck and chest. My mom swears it

removed the deep wrinkles on her cleavage. Also my dry elbows are gone

Try it and let us know how it goes for you

Have a great Sunday with your grandkids.

Ciao-

Hi Tina,

Sounds like all that sweating caused more toxins to be released, resulting in

the lump. Is it under the arms,or on the breast? You may want to try some cod

liver oil as well as coconut oil.Hope it gets better soon.

Hi .You are probably right.i`m also on a homeoapthic remedy for skin

eruptions.Like skin tags, warts, freckles, and, they can make old ailments come

out,and cause healing reactions,so,that may also have contributed to it.Thank

you both for your reply.
