Guest guest
Hello Marie. I'm Chrys and Type 1 Diabetic. I'm a motivational speaker and published author, a full-time student, a home-business operator in LMN Ministries, have been recovered, by the Grace of God, of cancer 3 times, the murders of my two sons, the murder of my husband on New Year's eve 1985, rape and incest 7 times and was a First Response Rescue Team Member in the Oklahaoma City bombing. I'm a born'again Christian who believes that the Lord does create miracles. I'm a living one. I shouldn't be able to walk as I had Polio in 1976, was a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader, in the entertainment business for 20 years and so on. But, by the Saving Grace of our Savior, I will recover to share my testimony to anyone who wishes joy and peace in their hearts. May you have a joyous, loving, peace-filled Christmas and know that it was because of Him that He came into this world, to save our Souls. He loves you and will help you if you Let Him. If I can be of any help to you please contact me either by e-mail or my home address: Chrys , 1104 Apollo Circle, Edmond, OK 73003. Guest guest
Hi Charmaine, Laser is a " piece of cake. " I have had it dont about ten times in the left eye for diabetic retinaopathy, although not the same problem that your are facing, I understand that laser is now very helpful for glaucoma. If I may suggest for your own piece of mind, question your doctor as to his abilities, what he knows and does not now and if he can satisfied your questions, you will feel more comfortable when he starts with the treatment. Let us know how you are doing, in Adelaide, SA. > Hello Everyone, > I thought I would say a quick hello and tell you a bit about myself. > I'm 41, separated and in a relationship with a wonderful man. > I've had diabetes since 1988 but after a short time was diagnosed as > non-insulin dependent but after visiting my endocrinologist I now > find my Blood sugar levels out of control and he has put me back on > twice daily insulin and apparently its a new type called Mixtard > 30/70 Innolet. > I just cannot seem to get my BS levels down much at all and in the > morning a reading of over 20 is common. > I also have been diagnosed with glaucoma and although my partner is > very rigorously putting the drops in each night, it does not seem to > be getting any better.
